These adorable terra cotta cookie stamps are handcrafted on a family farm in Oregon, following the Scandinavian and Pennsylvania Dutch tradition of decorating cookies with designs from carved stamps. Stamps are handmade from natural red clay and glazed with vibrant colors.

The SOFTIE keeps brown sugar soft and moist - also marshmallows, coconut, dried fruits, candies, cakes, and cookies! Better than a slice of apple for keeping brown sugar and many other foods soft and moist! Simply soak the disc in water, then blot off excess moisture. Place in an airtight container with brown sugar or other food to keep it moist for weeks. If food begins to dry out and harden, simply re-moisten the disc and repeat the process. Shepherd's Time Piece
The Celtic Sundial &Aquitaine

Cast in fine pewter, these sundials are a stunning
recreation of the sundials used by shepherds in the mountains of France
as they tended their animals hundreds of years ago. Not only elegant as
a pendant, but a beautiful reminder of a slower time period. Simply turn
the center of the ring until the small hole aligns with the initial of
the current month, then suspend the dial so the hole faces the sun and
a ray of sunlight will appear on the hour. Aquitaine sundial is 1 1/2"
dia., the Celtic Sundial is 1" in diameter. (These dials are not
intended to be as accurate as modern day timepieces, as with all sundials,
the accuracy will vary depending on the time of year and your location.)
You must also remember to add one hour for Daylight Savings Time. Buy
one for yourself and one for a friend, ensuring that your "clocks"
are synchronized! Comes with a description of how to adjust for
best accuracy.
