These adorable terra cotta horse cookie stamps are handcrafted on a family farm in Oregon, following the Scandinavian and Pennsylvania Dutch tradition of decorating cookies with designs from carved stamps. Stamps are handmade from natural red clay and glazed with vibrant colors.

This is our pet horse! This terra cotta disc is better than a slice of apple for keeping brown sugar and many other foods soft and moist. It will even re-soften hardened brown sugar. Simply soak the disc in water, then blot off excess moisture. Place in an airtight container with brown sugar or other food to keep it moist for weeks. Bonnie Shields is famous for her drawings of horses, donkeys and mules; her notecards reflect her fascination and passion for drawing with pen and ink. Inspiration comes from those animals that are her friends. In order to allow for timely loading of computer images, the detail quality of these pictures is inferior to actual cards.
